SMM Consulting Up provides social media marketing consulting, account review, content planning, campaign guidance, and related digital strategy services through smmconsultingup.org.

Orders and Payments

Package details, prices, and checkout information are shown before payment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, account details, goals, and context needed to complete the selected service.

Delivery and Revisions

Most written consultations are delivered by email within five business days after payment and receipt of the information needed to begin. Larger or custom packages may require additional time, which will be communicated by email. Unless a package says otherwise, one reasonable clarification request may be submitted within seven days of delivery.

Nature of Consulting

Our work consists of analysis, education, planning, and written recommendations. We do not guarantee audience growth, revenue, engagement, platform approval, or any other result. Customers remain responsible for implementation, advertising spend, account access, and compliance with each platform's rules.

Acceptable Use

SMM Consulting Up may decline or cancel projects involving illegal activity, fraud, deceptive practices, adult content, violence, harassment, or attempts to manipulate platforms or misrepresent activity.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy. Contact us promptly if you purchased the wrong package or no longer wish to proceed.
