Refund Policy

You may request cancellation before work begins by emailing support@smmconsultingup.org. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Because each audit, report, and strategy document is prepared for the individual customer, a completed or substantially completed consultation is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we did not provide the purchased service.

If we cannot accept or complete an order, we will provide a full refund. Duplicate charges and incorrect package purchases should be reported promptly so they can be reviewed. Bank processing times may affect when an approved refund appears.
